- Prepare Before You Apply
Please ensure you have your resume, cover letter, and pastoral reference prepared.
- Application
You applied! Your application has been received and is under review. Please ensure you include your work experience in the application; simply attaching your resume will not be sufficient to complete your application. If your application is incomplete, it will not be considered. You will receive an email notification about the status of your application.
- Hiring Manager Review
The hiring manager reviews candidates and will contact candidates to schedule interviews.
- Interview
Interviews are conducted and a candidate is selected.
- Job offer!
Congrats! You got the job!
The hiring manager will contact you to extend a verbal job offer.
- Onboarding
The HR team will begin the onboarding process, provide the formal offer letter, and communicate the next steps in the onboarding process.
- You're hired!
We conduct new hire meetings every other Monday and look forward to meeting with you!
